香港的大部分银行（离岸银行在香港的代表处除外）都需要实体存在才能开设商业银行账户。香港匯丰也不例外。但是，如果您身在中国，香港匯丰可以安排无需来港开立香港商业银行账户。Know Your Client (KYC) 会议可以特別安排在深圳、北京、上海的指定分行进行。您所要做的就是与您的企业服务提供商联系，为您在中国进行 KYC 会议，您兄需前往指定的匯丰中国分行与香港的银行职员会面，会面约 45 分钟。会面后香港团队可以要求提供额外文件或不要文件而直接处理开户，如要求文件齐备，约2星期左右您会知道开户结果。
