ABS（新加坡銀行協會）推出了貿易融資登記處（TFR），這是記錄新加坡貿易融資交易的中央存儲庫。 根據 TFR，參與銀行可以在註冊新的貿易融資交易時，檢測到文件是否已被重複用於多家銀行進行融資。
註冊中心只會接收有關企業客戶的加密信息，確保銀行基礎數據的機密性，同時能夠識別重複交易。
